Returns

In the unlikely event that there's an issue with your product, please contact us for a return authorization and to arrange return shipment.

Farm & Yard will cover return shipment for any manufacturing quality issues that cannot be rectified. For all other returns shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of sale on an unopened carton in good condition. Refunds will be processed in full less any transaction fees not refunded by payment providers.
